Hard to pay

Don t make me jump their hoops and go to a third party to pay. I have your app and I should be able to pay just like any other business. I can buy a ham sandwich with my card , but cant pay you unless I go thru a third party. Think about your customers and fix it. Its a no choice situation because there is only one power company. Otherwise you would make it easier on the customer. I can pay on the app with my bank account info, but not my cardwhy cause it works out better for you and not me the customer.

My account is in my daughters name since I moved here in Febraury 2008. I received a final notice with cut off date of 9/9/2021. I am trying to pay this online but my daughter sis not signed up and I

Power reconnect

Making a reconnect payment went passed 6 pm to 6:01 for next day reconnect. I waited on the phone an hour to speak to a Supervisor to see about waiving the 80 expedite fee since it was 6:01. Supervisor put in the order and now it's a waiting game.

Horrible company

They messed up when they made my new account took my money but never fully opened my account to the right address. Therefore I never received a bill or had any way to pay.

I called and called and by the time they would listen to me about thier mistake I had power unpaid for 4 months. They then decided they were going to cut off my electric service close my account and never tell me. so inorder to get service back I had to reopen another account pay another 150 dollar deposit and 3 days later still no power. I have a small baby and a blind man in this house both require power for medical equipment.

They can't tell me when I will get my power back. They don't even care. They messed up but won't do anything about it.

There is nothing I can do! Help!

Damaged utility pole in front of my building.

Gulf Power Utility Pole is supported by 2 trees since Hurricane Michael, 2 1/2 years now. One tree is dead and leaning and needs to be removed. I've texted to customer service and she sent me a form to fill out and pay $5.00 for landscaping damage, which there is NO Landscaping damage to report. Please remove Gulf Power support wire from my tree.

I've called Gulf Power every month for the past 5 months to ask that my bill be mailed to my address. This is the 5th mo, still no bill, but I do get a Disconnect notice. I'm on a fixed income and try and budget to pay my bill they don't care when you have a monopoly you can do as you want. They spend millions on advertising telling ppl how much they care, and it's all bull. They only thing they care about is profits and unwarranted rate increases. This monopoly should be broke up there robbing their customers.

Pot hole on property since July 2020

Gulf Power - Pot hole on property since July 2020
Gulf Power had a line failure and had to jack hammer up a location on the riverside parking lot (North side) at Shipwatch COA - 16787 Perdido Key Dr - Pensacola. I have sent emails and called with promises of having a 3rd party come address. As of date the pot hole is still open. Please let me know if there is someone other I should reach out to. Look my credit union bill pay account with them got wrong address to Gulf Power to another address that I didnt know of until Gulf power started billing and threatening me as I sent feb and may payment and never gotten an apology from credit union and had to call gulf power to get corrected address and change it myself in my phone sorry for the inconvenience but thats what happened without me knowing of wrong address. Still not happy with my bank!

My husband inherited large parcel of land. Two acres with the old house were sold. The rest he kept. There is a power pole located on the property he kept. The new owners of the house have weaponized Gulf power and disconnected our service. repeatedly

Fradulent Account

I can not get a person to answer. I have had a fraudulent acct opened up in my name. It has affected my credit and no one deserves to have to pay or harmed when its not there nor did they give permission to open an acct in my name. I was not living in Niceville at that time we had moved to Jacksonville. I can provide proof from my lease dated 7/18

I do not like the fact you can't speak with a rep to report an outage...however the line crew got responded fairly soon after a squirrel committed suicide and blew our fuse on the pole.

I recently bought a 40 yr old house, with new water heaters and hvac. My first electrical bull was $150 more than my previous house, which was larger. I called Gulf Power and after much delay reached an uncooperative customer service rep. I asked for an energy inspection, and they said they would send someone out. The individual would/could only discuss the wi-fi thermostat by rote. Todate, I have not been helped, and all i asked for was an audit the below rating system limits you to 1 star for poor service

Bad costumer service

Hello, I have been a loyal Gulf Power costumer for 22 years. Since the office locations closed, costumer service has been terrible. My account was not set up correctly because of technical problems. My automated payments didn't get processed for four months. Since 6 months I am trying to get bills for those months. Gulf Power took my money but doesn't give me the accounting. I have called four times already. The last time I asked for a supervisor. They were supposed to call me back within 2-3 business days which hasn't happened after 7 business day. I am truly fed up.
