Resolved: Gulf Power - *** customer service
For a multi million or multi billion dollar company to take advantage of its customers is unethical. The emergency line is *** They can’t help anyone. I have a major emergency at my house and they told me to call back Monday. How do they get away with this ? I pay for a service and expect service !! Gulf power is a joke !!

Gulf Power - Changed name
How did my wife take my name off and put hers without me even knowing . I have had service for over 15 years . Seems to me like things are to easy to change on your web site . Know if I move I can not just switch service and I am sure Gulf Power is going to make me pay a deposit .

Gulf Power - Utterly useless
They're impossible to reach even if you use the emergency line. This is jst another oversized company with a monopoly. Since uou have no choice and they know it they make zero effort. Customer service is dead.

Gulf Power keeps sending me emails that I have a past due amount when I have NEVER had a past due amount! I set up an email alert on their system to remind us when bills are due, etc but it mostly sends us "PAST DUE AMOUNT" emails that say the bill wasn't paid SEVERAL...Read more
